SHIPPING
Once your payment has been received your purchases will be shipped within 24 hours. For multiple purchases and International buyers email me for a quote for postage. Orders over $100.00AU will be shipped anywhere in Australia FREE!
TERMS
Payment is required within 7 days of auction end. If you are bidding on multiple items your purchases can be held for up to 30 days to save on postage. Please advise within 48 hours if you wish to use our babysitting service. If you need extra time to pay we are only an email away...
Pickup is available from our store in Lilydale VIC. Please advise ASAP if you wish to pick up your item so that we can insure it is ready for collection.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us immediately. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We can offer insurance on posted items for an extra fee (please email for a quote) however we can not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
