Payment METHODS ACCEPTED: Personal checks, money orders, Paypal (preferred), or credit card. You may phone in a credit card at 502-966-2192, 10 AM THROUGH 5 PM EST, MONDAY-FRIDAY. Ask for Sharron or Stephanie.
Payment is due within 72 hours of auction close unless multiple items are involved. After 7 days E-bay non paying bidder notice sent and negative feedback will be left.
Fees PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING DISCOUNT: Highest shipping cost charged for first item. Deduct $3.00 from shipping cost of each additional item, must all be purchased within 14 days to qualify. Shipping discounts do not apply to CD's, DVD's, Books some Software. If paying with personal check, item will be shipped 10 business days after check is received. INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL AND RECOMMENDED. WE CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE POST OFFICE!! NO LOCAL PICK-UPS ARE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS (PLEASE DON'T ASK). Shipping Each auction is unique as to where we ship. Most items are shipped internationally, although some are limited to U.S. shipments only. Please read the shipping payment section of each auction to see what we offer for that particular item.
LOCAL PICK-UPS: Absolutely NO, NO exceptions. (please do not ask)
Delivery Shipment occurs within 1-2 business days after payment is received .
We ship daily Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Refunds Returns Returned merchandise will be accepted within 5 days of purchase. Refund will be in form of Merchandise Credit ONLY. No cash refunds given. Customer's return shipping cost will also be reimbursed, but in the form of Merchandise Credit as well. Merchandise Credit will be granted for a period of 90 days only from initial auction close date. After that it will be forfeited.
RESTOCKING FEE: THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
