Charming vintage paper doll...Penny: A Wood Doll...Whitman #3985...1947...I am almost certain Hilda Miloche is the illustrator...Penny ia a 10 inch statuette doll in excellent condition....the reverse side of her shows signs of possibly pasted onto something once upon a time but this does not detract from her...she comes with 14 extra cute fashions...all in excellent condition...I think this may have been a boxed set originally...she is missing a "stand"...
