This is so cute. It is marked Wolverine Toy Co. Wolverine PA Made in the U.S.A. I am not sure the era I am guessing around the 60's . It Is in very good shape no scratches or rust. Very bright and cheery colors with great details. There appears to have been a roof to the porch which is missing. The base is 23" long the house is 17 1/4" long and 8" wide standing 10" to the top of chimney.Also included however not original are a mom, dad, and child, couch, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and a bed dresser. Nice piece for play,display or collection. Not recommended for children under 3 yrs old. Thanks for looking and good luck.
