There are two different sets of vintage paper dolls:
The first one is Tiny Tots with four different cardboard dolls in good condition with creases and there are 50 clothes/accessories. The carboard folder they come in has some tears in the inside pockets and has pencil writing on the front. This set is by the Whitman Publishing Company out of Racine Wisconsin 1958.
The other set is called Lullaby Cut-out Dolls by Whitman Publishing company in Racine Wisconsin 1961. There are two babies in this set and are not in great condition - one has a folded taped on head and the other is disconnected at the head and the left arm. There are about 15 items of clothes and accessories with this and the carboard folder they come in has a few big tears.
