Vintage MARX tin dollhouse w furniture great shape 50's

This older dollhouse is marked MARX on the side and it measures 25 inches long and 16 inches high. It has a chimney and patio. The windows open and close. I don't see any rust areas as it is nice and clean and gently played with , probably from the 50's. All the rooms are in very good condition and they all have furniture. The kitchen has a washing machine, frig, sink and stove - the sink and stove have corners broken off the top. The baby's room has a Donald Duck playpen and Mickey crib - one slat is missing off the crib and there is also a dresser. The bathroom has a toilet, double sink with chip at the top, bathtub and a piece that I don't know what it is as it looks like a sewing machine. The living room has 2 lamps, 4 seat sofa, entertainment center , piano and end table missing one leg. Dining room all in good shape with table and 4 chairs, buffet, china cupboard. Bedroom has bed, dressing table and nightstand, also a phone stand. Patio has a lounge chair missing one leg, 2 chairs and umbrella table. The metal on the canopy is darkened from age but I don't know if there is a little rust on it, just looks dark when I wiped it. The front door bottom hitch is loose. There is also a baby figure shown in the last picture. Look closely at the picture and feel free to ask questions so there are no misunderstandings as I am not sure what is original or what belongs and is not there. Shipping will be $19.00 with insurance extra if wanted. I accept pay pal and only ship to the contiguous UNITED STATES ONLY. Hawaii and Alaska will be additional.
