You are bidding on a Vintage EG Softina New Born Baby Doll in Box. It appears as if the doll has never been removed from the box. Each side of the box is taped and the doll is still twist tied to the packaging. If the bottle was attached to the doll somehow it is no longer attached and loose in the box. Box shows some light creasing and minor denting to the plastic window as expected for a doll this old but overall very good condition.
