Vintage Chinese Paper Dolls With Clothes Uncut 1950
From an October 1950 edition of Jack and Jill magazine, paper dolls with clothing, uncut and still in the magazine. This edition featured two Chinese-American children celebrating a Chinese Holiday called Double Tenth, in their Chinese clothing. There is a boy and a girl, with the boy having an extra outfit and a hat, and the girl having two pieces of clothing and a hat, and their puppy is also featured. The paper doll pages are in good condition although they have come loose from the center of the magazine. The magazine is also in good condition, minimal writing in the crossword puzzle. The cover of the magazine features great artwork of an airport of 1950, by artist illustrator Krush.
