This is Barbie's yellow raincoat outfit # 949 from 1963. It includes a yellow hat, yellow umbrella and white boots. All are in excellent condition. This outfit is from my childhood Barbie collection. I have many more well cared for outfits from this era in addition to Skipper and Ken outfits.
