Tagged 1983 baby Tugs Care Bear in is near mint condition, he is nice and bright color with no fade, no stains, no odor at all, perfect diaper with no stains, fraying or rips. Perfect cloth tag in back. No haircuts, no ribs to any facial plastic eyes or nose, perfect tongue and all embroidery, only very minimal rubs to back red heart that reads "Care Bears".
Shipping in USA will be choice of parcel post or priority mail, International welcome.
