I have NO idea what this was.You could put on the front of some crib or decorate a child or doll's chair,or string it across a wreath ot whatever.
The end of each side of the rope has a huge wooden button and a clip that says MADE IN GERMANY.
Hand painted red wooden balls and three silver bells.Each doll is 4.5 inches
Stuffed head handpainted face,arms ,legs is like a straw subtance .Upper body is stuffed.One handpainted ball has a little wear,teh rest is great.
Stretches 21.5 inches.
I also have a magic cabin doll up this week.
