Rare 5” Vintage 1920's Schuco Yes/No Monkey Bellhop
Description:
Rare vintage Schuco Yes/No miniature Monkey Bellhop.
Tin body and head jointed at shoulders and hips and swivel head with yes/no action. Cinnamon hair with white beard; flock covered face; flesh colored felt ears, hand and feet; red felt jacket with black felt buttons and trousers; tin glasses and eyes.
Unmarked, but known to be made by Schuco, circa. 1920's.
Dimensions:
5 inches (12.5 cm) tall.
Condition:
Stained jacket and hands (see pictures.) Tiny piece of felt that covers the wire tail is missing (easy to replace.) Otherwise, fine to very fine overall condition.
Note: This charming and desirable Monkey is free of odors and comes from a non-smoking and pet-free home.
