Payment for this item is Paypal only. Please understand if you are one of our previous money order customers, that we will no longer be accepting money orders from anyone, for any reason. Ebay is phasing out all payment methods other than Paypal so we are transitioning now instead of later. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Paypal payment is due within 3 days of auctions close. If you fail to pay within 3 days your item will be relisted.
We will gladly combine on shipping; however, we will not combine shipping on items that span any more than 3 days apart. If you are bidding on/watching an item that spans more than 3 days from your first we ask that you go ahead and pay for that first item and we will hold it for you. After you pay for your additional item(s), we will then give you a shipping refund.
All doll/colletible items will be shipped via our choice of shipping service(domestic) or USPS Priority Mail International (international). INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING PRICE OF ALL PACKAGES. We do not ship items uninsured, unprotected or via first class mail international---Please do not ask us to do so. Some items under 13 oz may ship via first class mail domestically; that will be determined based upon the item's weight and value.
International bidders: declared value of your package is the final selling price and does not include shipping and handling costs. Any customs fees, declarations fees, duties or taxes are to be paid by you, the purchaser, and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Know your country's customs laws regarding any fees you may be charged; that is your responsibility, not ours.
As of September 7, 2008, we are adding a $1.00 handling fee to all domestic packages; $2.00 to all international packages. This fee has been implemented to cover the cost of packaging materials and fuel.
As previously stated, we will gladly combine on shipping. You pay your highest shipping amount first, and then you will receive a 30% discount off the shipping charges of each additional item. The 30% applies to dolls/collectibles only and discounts will vary based on the type of item you are purchasing. If you are purchasing watches/jewelry, clothing, etc., please see that specific auction for shipping details.
RETURNS: We accept returns on a case by case basis.
Unless there has been an error or misrepresentation in the listing we will impose a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
If we have misrepresented the item in any way we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price.
Items must be returned within 3 days of their original receipt, they must be returned via the same method as received and properly insured/packaged/tracked.
IMPORTANT: Items must be received in unaltered condition, containing all original packaging/accessories, absolutely no smoke/pet odor, and must be in the same condition in which it was sent. Items received that violate the above terms will either be returned to purchaser without any refund or will be charged up to a 80% restocking fee based on the costs of having items cleaned or repaired. Our minimum restocking fee is 20%.
Original as well as return shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If you receive your item in damaged/non-working condition, we will gladly assist with the filing of a claim.

When available, we provide you with actual pictures of each item so that you can closely inspect it before placing your bid. We take pictures of each individual item even if we have multiple quantities of that item. It is your responsibility to inspect pictures closely and ask any questions you have before bidding. Stock photos are included for comparison purposes only.
Our items are shipped to you directly from our clean, smoke-free home. Our items are never drop shipped. We typically ship all items within 24 to 48 hours of auction's close. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
