This is a lot of Muffy, that includes Muffy's Alpine Tree, 2 Christmas tree ornaments and Muffy Snowbear. The tree is about 9 inches tall and is from the Vanderbear Family's Alpine Collection, "Eine Kleine Mountain Climbin". The two Christmas tree ornaments are number 5039 Muffy Candy C'angel, and number 5041 Muffy of the North. The other item in this lot is Muffy Snowbear, a 2 1/2 inch tall figure who could be used as an ornament, who is based on the limited holiday edition of 1991. They are all in mint condition and still in their boxes. They are old store stock from a smoke free store. We do not accept Paypal. First Class postage requires liability.
Life Is One Big Dress Up.
A bouncing little bundle of fuzz was delivered to VanderBear Manor in 1984. Wearing an eyelet trimmed christening gown, Muffy was welcomed as the littlest member of the VanderBear Family, and nothing has been the same since. She keeps the whole family on the go, and that is just the way they like it. The family includes papa Cornelius, an inventor and philosopher-at-large; kind and cultured mama Alice; and brother and sister Fuzzy and Fluffy (they are twins, but to tell you the truth, they look nothing alike).
Where do the VanderBears live? Well, let's just say you can look for them in the State of Exaggeration. If you happen to drop in, they'll probably declare a holiday and throw you a party. They celebrate any and all holidays and occasions (including a few they have made up). The VanderBears love wearing costumes and learning the customs of all the places they visit around the world.
Muffy has many friends, pets, and pals whom she has made during her young lifetime...like Oatsie, the one-trick pony; Lulu, a Scottish MacFluff (a rather rare breed of pup); and Purrlie, the calico kitten. But none can compare to her best friend and bosom bunny, the wild and glamorous Hoppy VanderHare, who accompanies the VanderBears on many of their adventures.
If you look around, you will see that Muffy has an outfit for almost any occasion, because she believes that the best way to have an adventure is to dress for it. After all, as Muffy always says...”Life is one big dress-up.”
