These tiny Pampers are not available in stores. They are the type that are used in special care baby units (NICU). They seem to best fit a doll around 11-12" but this will vary depending on the size of your unique baby. Many hospitals prefer these because they're narrow, allowing baby's legs to move more freely. They are the velcro type that you can refasten, and they have always been kept in a smoke and pet free environment. They can be altered (The diaper you receive will be unaltered) to fit even a 6" doll. I've been selling these for 2 years on ebay, so feel free to browse my feedback pages. This auction is for 1 latex free diaper. If you would like to buy more than 1, simply type in how many you want after you click the "buy it now" button. Each additional diaper is only 15 cents shipping within the US or Canada. When purchasing a large quantity the shipping amount may be lower; feel free to ask.
