You are looking at a Jesco African American Kewpie Plastic doll. It has a plastic head and hands and the rest is cloth. Has tag that says Jesco Kewpie Baby from 1999. The underclothes are sewn into doll and I just have a bib overall over that but that overall is not great, just there for free. You can take that off and redress with something nicer. Selling cheap for that reason. Cute doll though!
