This is either BOOTSIE OR PEGGY ANN... Im not a doll collector, but did some research on the Horsman website. The model number is 38, and there is the number 1 underneath it. The doll is extremely excellent cosmetic condition. The dress could stand to be ironed, but there is/are virtually no stray marks, discoloration, marring, etc. Don't pass up this chance to own absolutely gorgeous doll.
