Shipping:
I start auction prices low but include a handling fee to offset business expenses (i.e. printer ink paper, envelopes, packing tape, markers, address labels). This handling fee is already figured into the shipping cost of the item as listed.
Payment is due within 3 days of auction ending if paying by Paypal. If paying with check or money payment is due within 7 days of auction ending. If paying by check, I will wait for the check to clear before shipping item.
