This is a set of 8 real Pampers miniature diapers actually used in micro-preemie (Very small!!) premature babies. They are perfect to use with small dolls and Reborns. (See picture for size in relation to the quarter). These are some of the smallest real diapers that they make. Just like on real very small babies, if needed, the diapers can be adjusted to fit your doll by folding and making a crease in the front and fastening with tabs. The tabs are velcro so they can be easily repositioned and reused. There is also elastic in the legs for a more snug fit. These are very cute. These are often quite hard to find-so I have put a "Buy it now" on them--So don't miss out!
